Vom 02.02.2023 bis 18.02.2023 veranstaltet der Masterstudiengang Culture & Organization der Leuphana Universität eine Ausstellung im Kunstverein Lüneburg mit dem Titel “Are We Okay? - Stories of Belonging and Estrangement”.

Zu der Vernissage am 02.02.2023 um 17-19 Uhr laden die Studierenden herzlich ein.

In der Ausstellung werden selbstgeschriebene Essays, persönliche Texte und Eindrücke sowie Bildreihen zum Thema Gemeinschaft und Zugehörigkeit präsentiert. Die Studierenden kommen aus ganz verschiedenen Disziplinen und Ländern - entsprechend bunt und vielschichtig sind die Perspektiven, die in der Ausstellung gezeigt werden. Bis 18.02.2023 ist die Ausstellung jeden Donnerstag von 16-19 Uhr und Samstag von 11-14 Uhr im Kunstverein Lüneburg in der Lünerstraße 10a zu sehen. Der Eintritt ist frei.

Der Master Culture & Organization widmet sich Fragen der Kultur, Kunst und Organisation. Im Rahmen des Kurses “Cultural Entrepreneurship”, der von Prof. Dr. Boukje Cnossen geleitet wurde, haben die Studierenden in den vergangenen Wochen die Ausstellung eigenständig erarbeitet. Die Kooperation des Studiengangs mit dem Kunstverein Lüneburg, der sich auf die Vermittlung zeitgenössischer und gesellschaftspolitischer Kunst spezialisiert hat, besteht seit drei Jahren und hat bereits spannende Projekte entstehen lassen.

From February 2nd until February 18th, the Master's programme Culture & Organization at Leuphana University Lüneburg will host an exhibition at Kunstverein Lüneburg with the title "Are We Okay? - Stories of Belonging and Estrangement".

The students warmly invite you to the vernissage which will take place on February 2nd between 5 and 7 pm.

The exhibition will present essays, personal texts and impressions written by the students, as well as a series of images on the themes of community and belonging. As the students come from various academic, cultural, and national backgrounds, the perspectives shown in the exhibition are colorful and multi-layered. Until February 18th, the exhibition can be visited every Thursday between 4 and 7 pm and every Saturday between 11 am and 2 pm at Kunstverein Lüneburg, located at Lünerstraße 10a in Lüneburg. Entrance is free.

The master’s programme Culture & Organization is dedicated to questions of culture, art and organization. As part of the course "Cultural Entrepreneurship", which is led by Prof. Dr. Boukje Cnossen, the students have been working on the exhibition independently over the past few weeks.
